Printing Services

*Public computers are limited to 20-minute sessions during the COVID-19 outbreak. Only a few computers are currently accessible due to best social distancing practices. 

 

The library supports self-service printing from our eight public computers. The charge is 10 cents per page (single or double sided paper) for black and white printing; color printing costs 50 cents per page.


Copying & Scanning

The library has a copy machine near the front desk. Self-service copying costs 10 cents per page for black and white copies; color copies cost 50 cents per page. The library copier has a scan mode, scanning and faxing is free. 


Notary Public Services

*Notary Services are available by appointment only for the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak. Please call us to make your appointment with a notary! 

DPL currently has two Notaries on the library staff. There is no charge for this service for library patrons and local residents. We advise calling ahead, at 603-868-6699, to make sure that a Notary is available when you need them.


Device Help

*Device Help is taking place online every Thursday from 11:00-1:00 for the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak. Email us at durhampl@gmail.com to join us live and get help with any of our digital resources or your device!

Need help with your new phone, tablet, or other mobile device? Our Device Help staff can lend a hand with some of the basics. Sample questions include using email, surfing the web, wading through resources and databases, navigating the Library’s downloadable books and accessing your account online.
 
Stop by the circulation desk any time or call at 603-868-6699 to sign up for a session. We currently have sessions available on Thursday mornings. Additional times will be added based on staff availability.


Meeting Rooms

*The meeting rooms at Durham Public Library are currently closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Please check back for updated information. 

The meeting rooms in the library are intended for library programming and for public gatherings of a civic, cultural, or educational nature. The library encourages use of the meeting rooms by local nonprofit groups and organizations, according to the determined guidelines and conditions.
